Selective Procedure - Master Executive INPS 2022-2023

It is hereby announced a call for competitions having as object a selective procedure for the admission to the Academic Masters, for which INPS will provide 30 (thirty) scholarships for the academic year 22/23, covering the entire participation fee for members of the Public Administration, as detailed below: 

In order to apply all the candidates at the date of presentation of the application:

  • must be employees of the public administration in service and registered to the Gestione Unitaria delle prestazioni creditizie e sociali; 
  • must be in possession of a university-level qualification (art. 16,  par. 2, DPR 10/03/1982 n. 162) required for access to a II level master;
  • must be in possession of a master's degree, a specialist degree or an old system degree for the access to a II level master;
  • must not have attained INPS scholarships for executive Masters during the academic years 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21 and 2021/22

    The application forms, duly signed and accompanied by the documents referred to in this notice, must be sent through one of the following methods:
  • by certified email to the following address: lcu@pec.unilink.it. The subject of the email should be the following: “Domanda borsa di studio INPS”; 
  • by registered letter to the following address: Università degli Studi Link Campus University – Ufficio Postgraduate, via del Casale di S. Pio V n. 44 – 00165 Roma; 
  • by submission of the request, in a closed and sealed envelope at Università degli Studi Link Campus University – Ufficio Postgraduate, via del Casale di S. Pio V n. 44 – 00165 Roma (mon - fri / 9.30 - 18.00)

The submission deadline, under penalty of exclusion, is 6 March 2023. All the applications received by the Uthe deadline aforementioned deadlined are considered valid.
 
Under penalty of exclusion, all application forms must comply with the fac-simile provided in Attachment 1 (application form) and must be accompanied by the following documentation:

  1. Self assessment declaring possession of the requirements for obtaining the scholarship; (Attachment 2);
  2. Report of the Public Administration to which the candidate belongs, summarizing the motivations in support of the candidacy even in reference to the characteristics of the employee (evaluted up to a maximum of 20 points). The non-submission of the report is not a reason for exclusion.

SELECTIVE PROCEDURE

Each academic master will have its own examining board, appointed by rectoral decree and comprised of the Director of the relevant Master acting as , and of two professors acting as full members. 

The selective procedure will be carried out according to the following elements:

  • assessment of the report of the Public Administration to which the candidate belongs - 20 points
  • assessment of the qualifications of the candidate – max 20 points
  • assessment of the oral exam – max 30 points
  • assessment of the written exam – max 30 points

The board will assess the report provided by the Public Administration with reference to the professional features of the candidate and the curriculum, assigning a maximum score of 20 points. The non-submission of the report is not a reason for exclusion.

The Commission will assign a score to the study title of the candidate, according to the following criteria:

  • 5 points for degree grades inferior to 96/110, 
  • 7 points for degree grades ranging between 96/110 and 100/110,
  • 10 points for degree grades ranging between 101/110 and 104/110,
  • 15 points for degree grades ranging between 105/110 and 109/110, 
  • 20 points for degree grades ranging between 110/110, with or without honors.

On the basis of the scores attained, the commission will establish a ranking, assigning to each participant an overall score not superior to n.100 (one hundred) points.

In case of a tied score, the youngest candidate prevails. The ranking list will be published on the website www.unilink.it

The ranking list will than be forwarded to INPS, which will provide to finalize the selective procedure in accordance with the criteria provided in the Selective Procedure - Master "Executive" INPS (A.Y.2022-2023).
