C. Alessio Mauro, Roma, 05/12/1969, qualified as associate professor in economic law, practices the profession of lawyer in Rome, and his office is located in Via del Corso, 101. He served as the head of the Institutional Affairs Office of the Enasarco Foundation, where he currently coordinates the advocacy of organization's legal counsel. 

He is Extraordinary Professor of Economic Law at Link Campus University; and before, he was Extraordinary Professor of Commercial Law at the same University as well as Extraordinary Professor of Public Economic Law at the International Telematic University UniNettuno, where he was also in charge of Public Economic Law. He was, therefore, Professor at the University of Cassino and Lazio Meridionale in "Public Participations and Project Financing," as well as in the Governance of European Companies.

Furthermore, he has taken co-teaching positions at the University of Siena in the seminar group on "Public Goods and Services, Management Models through Participated Companies, Transparency and Anti-Corruption" at the Department of International Political Science, Master's Degree Course in Science of Administration (Prof. Roberto Borrello, Professor of Comparative Constitutional Law). In addiction, he was Adjunct Professor at the University of Tuscia in Viterbo.

In 2019, he was designated by the Minister of Justice as Chairman of the First Commission for the Bar Exam, District of the Court of Appeals of Rome; he also served as an alternate component in the Commission for the Competition for the Judiciary. He was President of Capo d'Anzio S.p.A., for the related re-development of the port area of interest in the province of Rome. He is on the editorial board of the Electronic Journal of Law, Economics and Management. 

He is on the Editorial Board of the Series Tools and Models of Economic Law, proposed by G. Alpa, A. Antonucci, F. Capriglione, Cacucci Editore, Bari. He has written several scholarly publications in the field of economic law, including on cryptocurrencies; NPLs; banking supervision; cooperative banking group; financial services and investee companies; alternative investment funds; IA; environmental pollution; territorial entities' disruption; derivatives; PNRR, among others. He has written on the subject of public finance.
