Alessia Zinzi is fixed-term researcher (SSD BIOS-11/A) at “Link Campus University”, Rome.
She graduated in Pharmacy and Industrial Pharmacy (LS-14) at the University of Salerno, she later obtained a Ph.D. in Translational Medicine at the University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli.”
Since 2018, she has gained experience in post-marketing activities at the Regional Center for Pharmacovigilance and Pharmacoepidemiology of the Campania Region, under the guidance and mentorship of Prof. Annalisa Capuano.
Until 2024, she was Research Fellow in SSD BIO/14 at the Department of Experimental Medicine of the University of Campania  “Luigi Vanvitelli”. She authored several publications in international indexed scientific journals and has participated in national and international Scientific Congresses on Pharmacology.
She is a member of the Italian Society of Pharmacology until 2019. Her main lines of research focus on evaluating the safety profile of drugs and vaccines using real world data extrapolated from national and international pharmacovigilance databases.
