Student Services

The main focus of Link Campus University are the students. For this reason we pay great attention to the quality of the academic life by offering services aimed at supporting the educational activities and initiatives aimed at student welfare.
 

OFA

Please note that, by R.D. no. 1227, 31 October 2023, "Link Campus University" has set out the procedure aimed at ascertaining the knowledge required to have access to the bachelor's degree courses, the master's degree courses and the single-cycle master's degree courses; and identifying eventual additional training obligations (OFA).

Students will be informed on how to register for the test by e-mail.

OFA procedures related to a.a. 2023/2024

Please note that on 23 february 2024 and 8 march 2024 will be administered the tests to ascertain the knowledge required for access to the Degree Courses, pursuant to Art. 6 DM 270/04, with the procedure approved by R.D. n. 1227, 31 October 2023. The students falling into the categories indicated in the notice are required to participate.

INTENSIVE ITALIAN AND ENGLISH COURSES

The University provides intensive Italian and English courses, in order to enable all the students to actively participate to the educational activities.

 

LINK START - PUBLIC SPEAKING

A Public Speaking workshop dedicated to pre-enrolled students, structured in several meetings and a final Summer school, with theoretical lessons, simulations and role plays.

 

SERVICES FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

Link Campus University offers a variety of services for international students such as assistance for residence permits, accommodation, tax code, etc.

 

ORIENTATION AND TUTORING

The University carries out inbound and outbound orientation activities dedicated to responding to the requests of users both in an initial introductory phase and during their period of stay at the University.

An assigned tutor will guide the student throughout the entire learning pathway.

An educational manager will welcome, guide and motivate the student during the entire learning pathway, from the registration to the choice of a post-graduate pathway.

 

HYBRID LEARNING SPACES

All the educational activities provided (lessons, workshops, seminars, conferences, etc.) are also available in live streaming. Therefore, the student may choose whether to attend to the lesson in presence or to follow the lesson online with the possibility to interact with the classroom. All the live streaming activities may be replayed at a second time, to complete the student's educational experience.

All courses and workshops provided in presence are programmed with maximum 25 students, so as to encourage a direct relationship with our Professors and Tutors.

 

ONLINE SERVICES

All students will have access to the Online Student Administration System, where they may choose their educational pathway, view/change their paln of study, manage their payments, book exams, etc.

An efficient system of scheduling, communication, booking and authentication, provided by the S.S.O. system grants the uniqueness od the credentials and the identity of the participants, organically coordinating the educational activities and the relationship between students and professors.

Every student will receive a personal e-mail account and will have access to free Wifi at the University.

 

GRADUATE AND POST-GRADUATE STUDENT ASSOCIATION

The association promotes cultural and recreational activities, being in fact the point of aggregation for the Academic community. The post-graduate association allows all graduated students to keep in touch with their fellow students, thus actively participating in the networking activity.

 

JOB PLACEMENT

Graduate and post-graduate students will be guided in the process of introduction into the labour market by the staff of the Career Service Office.

The University Career Service Office promotes the contact between the students and the local companies, providing support for the purpose of a targeted introduction into the labour marker, and collaborates concretely with businesses and companies in the selection of the best talents.

 

ACADEMIC COACH

Academic Coach is an exclusive project dedicated to Student-Athletes, with the aim to balance competitive training with an academic career.

 

LIBRARY AND STUDY ROOMS

The library is stocked with recently published specialist material, and the majority is in English. It includes a study room equipped with free wifi where the students may consult borrowed texts and study. The Link Campus Library is part of the Polo della Sapienza within the National Library Service (SBN). It also participates in the Libraries of Rome project.

 

INCLUSION

In the implementation of the institutional activities, Link Campus University grants the right to university education of students with LD and disabilities, in order to ensure the exercise of the fundamental right to study and to promote full respect for human dignity, the rights of freedom and autonomy of the individual and to promote active citizenship and full inclusion in society.

 

CAMPUS LIFE

The University promotes cultural, sports and recreational activities aimed at improving the quality of life and the well-being of the students.

Currently, the Polisportiva includes five different disciplines: 11-players male football, 5-players male football, 5-players female football, mixed volleyball, female volleyball, 3vs3 basketball and padel.

Among the recreational places located in Casale di San Pio V is the Art Cafè, a place where you can meet for a drink, sip a tea, have a light lunch.

 

ACCOMODATION

Link Campus offers a series of student support services with particular attention to the specific needs that may be of concern to off-site and/or foreign students (housing search, international student assistance, student and alumni associations, student spaces, LD and disabled assistance, computer sharing, etc.).

 

STUDENT REPRESENTATIVES IN THE ACADEMIC GOVERNING BODIES

The centrality of the student is evidenced by the presence of representation in the bodies responsible for governance, control and quality.
