She holds a PhD in Social Psychology, Developmental Psychology, and Educational Research from Sapienza University of Rome and a degree in Primary Education Sciences, atiined at Roma Tre University.

She conducts research in the field of innovative, inclusive, and sustainable teaching (e.g., outdoor education, environmental education, etc.), focusing on learning processes in university, school, and social contexts characterized by high heterogeneity and variability. In this sense, she is involved in the design and implementation of innovative teaching methods aimed at future teachers and educators.

Her research integrates analysis of the use of educational technologies with exploration of expressive and performative forms in educational communication, interconnecting the educational, cultural, and social spheres. She also evaluates the effectiveness of educational interventions, studying the interaction between contextual factors and teaching and assessment practices, as well as the cognitive and socio-emotional dimensions of learning. In this context, she promotes methodologies based on scientific evidence and aimed at improving the quality of educational processes.

In line with a participatory approach to research, she has directed and participated in national and international research projects, collaborating with schools, institutions, associations, and universities. Her methodological perspective is based on an integrated empirical-experimental approach, which combines quantitative and qualitative tools to analyze educational phenomena in a rigorous and contextualized manner.
