
Daniela Noviello is Adjunct Professor of Civil Procedural Law, qualified as an Associate Professor, at Link Campus University in Rome, and a lawyer.
She is a founding member of Associazione Italiana Studiosi della Prova (Italian Association of Evidence Scholars), as well as a member of Associazione Italiana fra gli Studiosi del Processo civile (Italian Association of Civil Procedure Scholars) and Associazione Italiana di Diritto Comparato (Italian Association of Comparative Law). She has been appointed by ANVUR as an external reviewer for the VQR in the field of civil procedural law, and is a reviewer for international academic journals registered with the Inderscience System – Article Submission and Peer Review System.
Coordinator and principal investigator of several major research projects funded at the international and national levels. Member of the Faculty Boards of Ph.D. programs.
She is a member of editorial boards for scientific journals included in the ANVUR Category A list, as well as a member of scientific and editorial committees for book series. A speaker and organizer of scientific conferences, she authored three monographs (The Admissions of the Parties in the Logic of Fact-Finding, Turin, 2023; The Subject Matter of Confession, Rome, 2018; Mediation: Contractual Dispute Resolution and Third-Party Intervention, Turin, 2012), as well as book chapters and several articles and case commentaries.
OFFICE HOURS
The professor is available to receive the students at the end of the lessons. However, the students may also request an appointment by email.
