Michele Ribolsi

Michele Ribolsi is a medical surgeon (2006, 110/110 e lode), specialist in Psychiatry (2012, 50/50 e lode), PhD in Neuroscience (2015). 

He is currently Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Link Campus University in Rome.

He was a Research Fellow in 2016, then a fixed-term researcher from 2017 to 2020 at the University of Rome Tor Vergata and from 2020 to 2023 at the University Campus Bio-Medico in Rome, where he is currently an Adjunct Professor.

He was Medical Director Psychiatrist at the SPDC of the Policlinico Tor Vergata in 2020, then Head of the Psychiatry Service of the Policlinico Campus Bio-Medico Foundation from 2020 to 2023. Afterwards, from 2024 to 2025, he held the position of Medical Director at the Interuniversity Clinical Institute (Consorzio Humanitas). 

His research activities mainly concern: Psychopathology of psychotic onset, psychiatric comorbidities and psychopharmacotherapy of the Autistic Spectrum in transition phases and adulthood, psychodynamic psychopathology, neurophysiological correlates of Mental Risk States and psychotic prodromes, the study of Connectivity and clinical correlates in patients with Schizophrenic Spectrum Disorders, Life Poverty and psychosocial determinants of mental health.

He was a speaker at several conferences, has over 70 publications in journals indexed on SCOPUS and is the author of a monograph ('Vital Poverty. Inequality and Mental Health". Il Pensiero Scientifico Editore) and several chapters of “Manuale di Psichiatria”, 3rd Edition (Editors: A. Siracusano and C. Niolu).
