Individual orientation

The individual orientation service for young people and their families is an activity specifically designed to facilitate the choice of an academic pathway. The service directs young people towards an informed choice of a development path and future employment through activities and tools that help identify the aptitudes, vocations and peculiarities of individual students.

The main objective of the personalized guidance is to support the student in: the choice of a specific learning pathway; the identification of an internship period; the accompaniment in the definition of the professionalisation pathway (master's degree or post-graduate course); the evaluation of professional opportunities.

Such a wide range of activities is made possible by the construction of a network of academic or non-academic professionals, including public institutions and private companies participating in the activities of the students, adding value to individual expectations.

The guidance provided in this context applies to all the phases of the orientation process.
