• President of the Board of Directors, Pietro Luigi Polidori;
• The Rector, Carlo Alberto Giusti;
• Members of the Board of Director of the "Foundation Link Campus University", Vincenzo Diano, Ubaldo Livolsi, Giovanni Paolo Mearelli.
The office of secretary of the Board of Directors is currently held by the Director General, Roberto Russo.
