Description:
• Optimization of public administration processes: development of a prototype cloud platform for the access and delivery of public administration services to citizens in the areas of school-education, sports-leisure, welfare-inclusion;
• Improving service adaptability and citizen acceptance: simplification of access to services for citizens through the development of innovative multimodal interfaces, an innovative semantic engine and an 'agenda cloud' service to protect citizen privacy;
• Providing prospects for large-scale adoption: assessment o the impact on the business ecosystem in the service delivery chain, with the aim of creating mixed public-private companies that will provide on-demand services with high added value and low cost for the end user.

Title: Open Data for Blue Flag - Blue Flag

Description:
The Blue Flag project provided for the creation of a web-based data collection platform, in open format, for Italian Riviera municipalities already holding the Blue Flag certification or wishing to apply for it.
The platform serves as a control tool on all territorial aspects involved in the management of the recognised title, Blue Flag.
It allows the participation of all interested user categories: citizens, tourists, control bodies, environmental associations and other PPAAs. These users, through the platform, have access to data and can make use of useful information related to the Blue Flag programme (environmental data, impact of public policies, information on accommodation services present, etc.).

Title: DiCeT –LivingLab DiCultura eTecnologia INMOTO: INformation and MObility for Tourism

Description:
The project Culture and Tourism: DiCet-InMoto aims to define and implement innovative models, processes and tools for the sustainable development of an intelligent territory through the enhancement of its cultural heritage and environmental resources and the promotion and marketing of their tourist offer. 
The project is organized as a cluster integrated by two streams focused on two complementary aspects: on the one hand the capitalisation of the cultural offer (stream DiCeT) and on the other the organisation and enhancement of the tourist demand (stream InMoto). 
Both streams adopt the most innovative technologies of the so-called Internet of the Future and the Social-Network paradigm to create an ecosystem in which companies, public administration, citizens and tourists coexist.

The main objective of HomeCare4All is to create an innovative solution that will act as an itermediary between demand and supply of home care services, through the realisation of a technological platform that includes a demand/supply matching environment and user interfaces specifically designed for elderly, disabled and non-native Italian-speaking users.

The project regards the development of technology for the control and rationalization of merchant and passenger ships in the port area, the handling and management of containers, the handling and management of motor vehicles. Italian port cities are characterised by high levels of air pollution caused by ships on the dock and by traffic congestion from vehicles leaving the port area on the urban road network. Logistics in Italian port areas is a central issue for the sustainable development of coast urban areas.

Title: TECLO - Textile and Clothing Knowledge Alliance

TECLO is a two-year Knowledge Alliance co-funded by the European Commission under the Erasmus+ programme. The project aims to promote the collaboration between all the main stakeholders of the textile and clothing industry, in order to redefine the contents of the learning programmes and vocational training courses adapting them to the changing needs of the local, international and emerging markets, with the aim of increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of the European small and medium-sized enterprises active in the textile and clothing sector.

Description:
Exhi+ provides for the creation of an innovative technological infrastructure able to store and deliver, through various channels, contents and services related to small reality of the cultural heritage sector, to improve the offer to the final consumer and increas the competitivity of the sector.
More in detail, the system is comprised of 3 macro-modules contributing to the technological configuration of the entire offer: 1. Exhi+ Web 2. Exhi+ App 3. Exhi+ Smartplace Exhi+ Web.
The web system of the Exhi+ platform is composed of a portal and a management system for the contents, which will be uploaded, managed and directed to other platforms.

Description:
Design of a control system that adopts electricity dispatching policies in order to optimise energy flows within a microgrid and, thus, bring a benefit, in economic terms, to the end user. This benefit may be needed in certain cases and with additional devices installed in the house managed by the end user. 
Said devices will be remotely piloted so that the load can be managed dynamically. Furthermore, this system must be able to interact with a computerised billing procedure that follows the European standard and allows for real time accounting of the energy consumed.


Activities carried out:
Describing the specific features of a project providing for the development of a monitoring and control system of a microgrid, real or simulated, resulting in significant cost savings for the end user under specific conditions.

Description:
The SMART3 Project, stems from the need to bring together, engineer and integrate into an organic system, "concepts" (in the field of Energy, Operation, Service) aimed at improving the operational management of large companies that manage complex networks (Complex Operators) with many small users scattered throughout the territory (Local Sites). The objective of the project is to offer its customers (Complex Operators) advanced solutions that allow them to:
reduce energy costs -15%) and the overall CO2 consumption
- introduce into the consumption a significant share of "self-produced" renewable energy
- identify the benchmarking indicators through the integrated collection of data in a "Service Centre",
- suggest energy-saving policies
reduce the costs (-10%) and improve the quality management system through the optimization of the service and logistics, as well as verification of agreed service levels with subcontractors (SLA)
- improve client loyalty through the provision of value-added services.

- Analysis of the tools and technologies currently used in the field of war journalism;
- Planning and realization of graphic interfaces for user interaction, with an application managing the system
