DEGREE COURSE
Nowadays, becoming a nurse means much more than learning a health profession: it means embarking on a human, scientific and practical pathway aimed to be at people's side in the most delicate moments of their lives. With the Bachelor's Degree Course in Nursing at LINK Campus University, you will acquire all the skills necessary to enter the health system with professionalism, autonomy and complete awareness.
The course was accredited by Ministerial Decree n. 363, 17.04.2025 and falls within the framework of the Healthcare Professions. It has a three-year duration, is subject to limited enrollment regulated by a call and qualifies directly for the practice of the nursing profession.
BALANCED TRAINING BETWEEN THEORY AND PRACTICE
The learning pathway is designed to harmoniously blend theoretical knowledge with direct experience in the field. Each year includes 60 CFU, for a total of 180 CFU distributed among subjects, optional educational activities, individual study and, above all, professional internships in selected, qualified healthcare facilities.
Attendance is compulsory, because every skill learnt - from emergency management to patient relations - is an integral part of the professional profile. During the three years, the students will learn to identify the healthcare needs for individuals and the community, to plan care interventions, to collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals and to deal effectively with complex clinical situations.
THE PROFILE OF THE NURSE ACCORDING TO LINK CAMPUS UNIVERSITY
For Link Campus University, the nurse is a central figure in the field of healthcare and health assistance. This professional figure is able to work autonomously, but also in synergy with other healthcare professionals, to respond in an integrated and competent manner to the needs of the patient.
The nurses are called upon to act promptly and accurately in prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and palliative care, always putting the dignity of the person at the centre. Furthermore, the learning pathway aims to encourage the development of behavioural and relational skills, which are indispensable for working with empathy, responsibility and emotional intelligence.
The result is a professional figure able to enter the world of work immediately, with a complete, up-to-date profile and ready to face the challenges of modern healthcare.
CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
The qualification attained upon completion of the learning pathway allows the candidates to work immediately as a nurse in both the public and private sector, with employment opportunities in hospital, community and home care settings.
Our graduates will be able to find employment in:
- Hospitals and specialist departments, where they actively participate in the care of inpatients or outpatients;
- Emergency and urgent services, both territorial and hospital-based, where nursing readiness and preparation make the difference;
- Socio-medical facilities, such as assisted medical care residences (RSAs), disability centres, hospices and rehabilitation centres;
- Home and outpatient territorial services, increasingly central in a healthcare system oriented towards proximity and personalisation of care;
- Prevention and public health, to promote healthy lifestyles, health education and territorial interventions.
