GUIDELINES FOR THE ADMISSION PROCEDURE
FIRST PHASE: REGISTRATION TO THE PORTAL
Guidelines for the admission procedure
STEP 1 - Click on the "Register" button at the top right.
STEP 2 - Click on the "Web Registration" button.
STEP 3 - Fill in the module in its entirety, then click on the "Next" button.
ATTENTION: please verify your tax code, because in case of error the user cannot be registered correctly.
STEP 4 - Fill in the following form with the address of residence as stated in the title of the present section, then click on the "Next" button.
STEP 5 - Fill in the form related to the contact details only on the fields marked with an asterisk, in the "international prefix" field if you are in Italy, use 0039 as shown in the figure. Then click on the "Next" button.
STEP 6 - You will now visualize the summary screen. Verify the correctness of the data and click on the "Confirm" button.
STEP 7 - At the end of the registration process you will receive the login credentials.
STEP 8 - Return to the Home of the portal and click on the "Access" button on the top right.
STEP 9 - In the following screen click on the "Change Password" button.
STEP 10 - Enter the previously provided credentials and create a new password. Then click on the "Modify" button.
SECOND PHASE: REGISTRATION FOR THE ADMISSION TEST

STEP 1 - Now you can login to the reserved area (ACCESS TO THE RESERVED AREA).
STEP 2 - Click on the "Web Registration" button.
STEP 3 - Click on «Accesso alla procedura di iscrizione ai test di ammissione e di immatricolazione ai CDS».
STEP 4 - Click on the "Login" button.
STEP 5 - Click on the "MENU" icon at the top right.
STEP 6 - Click on the "Student Administration Office" button and then on "Admission Test" and follow the video instructions.
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE SCREEN TO COMPLETE THE PROCEDURE.
NOTICE OF IMPLEMENTATION - ADMISSION TEST
The admission test will take place on 12/05/2026.
The location of the admission test will be determined based on the number of applications received and may be held outside of the premises of “Link Campus University”.
The time at which candidates are to report for identification procedures, the address of the test site, and any increase in the number of available spots, will be announced through the publication of a specific notice within 07/05/2026.
RANKING LIST - ADMISSION TEST
Within 14 May 2026 the ranking list will be published anonymously, using the candidate’s pre-registration number and date of birth; the ranking will also indicate the choices made by the applicant. If necessary, the rankings for individual courses will also be published, again anonymously.
REGISTRATION
In the period included between 15 may 2026 at 6.00 p.m. and 25 may 2026 at 6.00 candidates who are placed in a useful position and therefore admitted to the courses must proceed with pre-registration exclusively in accordance with the published procedures.

Notice of implementation - admission test - 24 march 2026
The admission test for the degree courses in Healthcare Professions for a.y. 2026/2027, Rome Branch provided for in call RD n. 2867 issued on 12.2.2026, will take place on 24.3.2026, with ccandidates convened at 10.00 and start of the test scheduled for 10.30. The admission test will take place at Link Campus University, via del Casale di San Pio V, 44 (near Piazza di Villa Carpegna) 00165 Rome – Aula Magna Franco Frattini. (Free parking is available on site)
RANKING LIST - ADMISSION TEST - 24.03.2026
The following is an excerpt from R.D. n. 2946, 24.03.2026 related to the approval of the ranking list for the admission test to the Degree Course in Healthcare Professions at the Rome Branch for the academic year 2026/2027 , 24 march 2026.
Payment for pre-registrations can be made starting at 18.00, on 27 march 2026 and until the expiration date, which is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on 9 April 2026.

REGISTRATION
In the period included between 27 march 2026 at 6.00 p.m. and 9 april 2026 at 6.00 p.m. candidates who are placed in a useful position and therefore admitted to the courses must proceed with pre-registration exclusively in accordance with the published procedures.
Pre-registration is finalized upon full payment of the deposit on the first installment of the tuition fee.
Failure by admitted candidates to complete pre-registration by the deadline will result in forfeiture of their place and will cause the ranking list to be revised.
