GUIDELINES FOR THE ADMISSION PROCEDURE
FIRST PHASE: REGISTRATION TO THE PORTAL
Guidelines for the admission procedure
STEP 1 - Click on the "Register" button at the top right.
STEP 2 - Click on the "Web Registration" button.
STEP 3 - Fill in the module in its entirety, then click on the "Next" button.
ATTENTION: please verify your tax code, because in case of error the user cannot be registered correctly.
STEP 4 - Fill in the following form with the address of residence as stated in the title of the present section, then click on the "Next" button.

STEP 5 - Fill in the form related to the contact details only on the fields marked with an asterisk, in the "international prefix" field if you are in Italy, use 0039 as shown in the figure. Then click on the "Next" button.
STEP 6 - You will now visualize the summary screen. Verify the correctness of the data and click on the "Confirm" button.
STEP 7 - At the end of the registration process you will receive the login credentials.
STEP 8 - Ritornare alla Home del portale e cliccare sul pulsante “Accedi” posto in alto a destra.
STEP 9 - Return to the Home of the portal and click on the "Access" button on the top right.
STEP 10 - In the following screen click on the "Change Password" button.
SECOND PHASE: REGISTRATION FOR THE ADMISSION TEST

STEP 1 - Now you can login to the reserved area (ACCESS TO THE RESERVED AREA).
STEP 2 - Enter the access credentials with the newly changed password.
STEP 3 - Click on the the side menu item "Access to the admission procedure to the Degree Courses".
STEP 4 - Click on the "Login" button.
STEP 5 - Click on the "MENU" icon at the top right.
STEP 6 - Click on the "Student Administration Office" button and then on "Admission Test" and follow the video instructions.
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED TO COMPLETE THE PROCEDURE.
NOTICE OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ADMISSION TEST
The admission test will take place on 24 july 2026.
The location of the admission exam will be determined based on the number of applications received and may be held at a location other than the campuses of Link Campus University, Rome.
The address of the test site, the time candidates are to report for identification procedures and the final number of available places will be announced within 21/07/2026 by publishing a notice on the academic website.
RANKING LIST - ADMISSION TEST
Within 28 july 2026 candidates may log in using the website and the codes provided on the login sheet included in the test packet, and view their answers and scores on their personal page.
In the period included between le 28 july 2026 at 18.00 and 4 august 2026 at 18.00 candidates who have been placed on the waiting list and are therefore admitted to the courses must complete their enrollment exclusively through the procedures published.
Candidates who have been placed in a qualifying position on the individual course rankings are eligible for the course and may therefore proceed with enrollment, specifically:

Each candidate will be included in all the rankings for the courses they have selected.
If the candidates have expressed less than two choices they will be included only in the rankings corresponding to the choices made.
REGISTRATION
During the period between 28 july 2026 at 18:00 and 4 august 2026 at 18:00 candidates who have been placed on the rannking list and are therefore admitted to the course in accordance with the previous article must complete the pre-registration process exclusively through the procedures published.
NOTICE FOR TRANSFER REQUESTS FOR YEARS FOLLOWING THE FIRST
LIST OF ADMITTED CANDIDATES
Publication of the list of students eligible to advance to years beyond the first year, identified by the first three letters of their tax ID number and their date of birth. Registration is finalized upon payment of the first installment of tuition fees no later than 30/06/2026 at 16.00.

TUTORING
The course supports students through four types of tutoring:
- Orientation and transversal tutoring, carried out by Education Coordinators, aimed at supporting the students in the reception phase, introducing them into the university life, monitoring their learning pathway, motiving them throughout the course (with special reference to the planned results), supporting them in bureaucratic procedures, the latter in collaboration with the Student Administration Office;
- international tutoring, carried out by the International Office, which wil offer personalized assistance to both international students enrolled in the degree course and Erasmus students;
- didactic tutoring, provided by the didactic support staff (teaching assistants, doctoral students, holders of supplementary teaching contracts, etc.), who will support the students with supplementary teaching activities related to the specific subjects of the learning pathways;
- specialized tutoring, carried out by Education Coordination for inclusion, aimed at students with disabilities or specific learning disorders and special educational needs, aimed at reducing the obstacles that might prevent their full integration in the academic environment.
