The following is an extract from R.D. n. 2590, 20.10.2025 related to the approval of the ranking list for admission to healthcare professions courses, Rome branch, for the academic year 2025/2026, 16 october 2025.
Payment for enrolment can be made starting at 6 p.m. on 20 October 2025 and until the deadline, which is scheduled for 6 p.m. on 24 October 2025.
The same deadlines apply to candidates referred to in point (b) of call DR n. 2428, 22.8.2025 for which a list of those admitted for registration is published.

For the academic year 2025-2026, registration to the Healthcare Professions Degree with programmed access, provided by Link Campus University Rome Branch listed in the table below, is subject to passing an admission test.
- a) candidates who have not yet taken the admission test

- b) candidates who have taken the exam required by the same Ministerial Decree for the academic year 2025/2026 at an Italian university and have not been admitted due to the exhaustion of available places.

GUIDELINES FOR THE ADMISSION PROCEDURE
FIRST PHASE: REGISTRATION TO THE PORTAL
Guidelines - Registration to the Portal
STEP 1 - Click on the "Register" button at the top right.
STEP 2 - Click on the "Web Registration" button.
STEP 3 - Fill in the module in its entirety, then click on the "Next" button.
ATTENTION: please verify your tax code, because in case of error the user cannot be registered correctly.
STEP 4 - Fill in the following form with the address of residence as stated in the title of the present section, then click on the "Next" button.
STEP 5 - Fill in the form related to the contact details only on the fields marked with an asterisk, in the "international prefix" field if you are in Italy, use 0039 as shown in the figure. Then click on the "Next" button.
STEP 6 - You will now visualize the summary screen. Verify the correctness of the data and click on the "Confirm" button.
STEP 7 - At the end of the registration process you will receive the login credentials.
STEP 8 - Return to the Home of the portal and click on the "Access" button on the top right.
STEP 9 - In the following screen click on the "Change Password" button.
STEP 10 - Enter the previously provided credentials and create a new password. Then click on the "Modify" button.
SECOND PHASE: REGISTRATION FOR THE ADMISSION TEST
Guidelines - procedure of registration to the admission test - Healthcare Professions
STEP 1 - Now you can login to the reserved area (ACCESS TO THE RESERVED AREA).
STEP 2 - Enter the access credentials with the newly changed password.
STEP 3 - Click on the the side menu item "Access to the admission procedure to the Degree Courses"».
STEP 4 - Click on the "Login" button.
STEP 5 - Click on the "MENU" icon at the top right.
STEP 6 - Click on the "Student Administration Office" button and then on "Admission Test" and follow the video instructions.
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED TO COMPLETE THE PROCEDURE.
NOTICE: IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ADMISSION TEST
The admission test will take place on 28/11/2025 at Link Campus University, Rome Branch.
The locations where the admission test will be held will be determined based on the number of applications received and may also be outside the premises of Link Campus University.
The time at which candidates are to arrive for identification procedures, the address of the test venue, saranno resi noti mediante pubblicazione di apposito Avviso entro il giorno 24/11/2025.
RANKING LIST OF THE ADMISSION TEST
By 2 december 2025 the general merit ranking will be published anonymously using the candidate's pre-matriculation number, and, if necessary, the rankings for individual courses will also be published anonymously.
REGISTRATION
Between 6:00 p.m. on December 3, 2025, and 6:00 p.m. on December 10, 2025 andidates who are placed in a useful position and therefore admitted to the courses pursuant to the previous article must proceed with registration.

The list will identify the candidates by the first three letters of their tax code and their date of birth.
The list of potential replacements will be published by 20/11/2025.

The transfer is finalized through the payment of the first installment of taxes in the period between 10.00 on 22/09/2025 and 10.00 on 29/09/2025.

The deadline for submission of the application provided for in Articles 3 and 4 of the Notice issued with Rectoral Decree no. 2245 of June 6, 2025, for places available for admission by transfer from another Italian or non-Italian university to the Degree Courses in Healthcare Professions - Rome Campus of Link Campus University, scheduled for July 28, 2025, is extended to 29.8.2025. All other provisions contained in the aforementioned Notice are confirmed.

DEGREE COURSE
The healthcare professions include a wide range of highly qualified professional opportunities related to the healthcare sector, with the aim of ensuring the well-being and care of patients. These professionals, ranging from nurses to physiotherapists, radiology technicians, osteopaths and many others, are essential to the functioning of the healthcare system, working in hospital, outpatient and community healthcare settings.
The learning pathway in healthcare professions provides for five different degree courses, each dedicated to a specific area of healthcare. Each course offers solid theoretical and practical training, with the aim of preparing students to work in the healthcare sector with competence and professionalism. The degree courses available are the following:

Each healthcare professional will acquire specific skills in diagnostics, treatment and care, while also dealing with the important issue of patient relations. Notice of implementation of the admission test - 16 october 2025
The admission test for the Healthcare Professions for the A.Y. 2025/2026 Rome Branch, provided for in RD n. 2428 del 22.8.2025, will be held on 16.10.2025, with candidates being convened at 9.30 and start of the test scheduled for 10.30. The test will be held at Ergife Palace Hotel Largo Lorenzo Mossa, 8 00165 Rome (near via Aurelia), CLASSROOM A.

The following is an extract from R.D. n. 2026, 27.02.2025 related to the approval of the ranking list for the Healthcare Professions, academic year 2025/2026, 26 february 2025.
Pursuant to article 10 of the call provided for in R.D. 1990, 17.01.2025 all the eligible candidates can pre-register for the course of their first choice, it is therefore, not necessary to publish individual rankings.
The payment of registrations can be made starting on 03.03.2025 at 16.00 and up to the deadline which is set on 10.03.2025 at 16.00 (as provided for in Article 10, paragraph 5 of the call for applications issued by RD 1766, 19.9.2024).
The University reserves the right to fill any unassigned places through additional entrance examinations and in accordance with the provisions of Ministerial Decree n. 1116, issued on 31.7.2024, article 6, par. 6 and 7.
