Purposes

The Academic Master in “Direction and Management of Complex Healthcare Organizations” was created with the aim of training leaders capable of managing complex, sustainable, digital healthcare systems focused on global health, through an integrated approach that combines managerial, organizational, economic, technological, and public health expertise.

In an ever-changing healthcare landscape characterized by epidemiological transition, technological innovation, digital transformation, a crisis in the sustainability of healthcare systems, and growing organizational complexity, this Master provides advanced tools for interpreting changes in the sector and developing effective strategies for the management, planning, and governance of complex healthcare facilities.

The training programme is designed to promote management models focused on continuous improvement, quality, patient safety, organizational efficiency, and the creation of value for patients, healthcare professionals, and the community.

The aim is to implement an integrated, multidimensional, and multidisciplinary approach—a multiprofessional team—which is essential for prevention and includes early diagnosis, initial and ongoing assessment, and treatment.
