Purposes

The aim of the Master is to provide specific skills related to managing a business undergoing internationalization in a world characterized by growing uncertainty and a constantly changing landscape.

For this purpose, the master includes a module dedicated to corporate security, understood in a broad and comprehensive sense as the ability to address the various challenges and new risks of our time, characterized by hybrid attacks and the need to rethink corporate management based on a changing perception of (safety and security).

A second focus area aims to provide skills related to business management in constantly evolving scenarios from various perspectives, ensuring that students acquire the tools needed for internationalization in an era of multiple crises.

On the other hand, the third module aims to provide in-depth knowledge regarding the evolution of global scenarios from a geopolitical perspective, drawing in part on the direct experience of field workers.

Experience is in fact the defining feature of this Master: what this course aims to provide is precisely a combination of practical and theoretical expertise, grounded in the development of a network of relationships made possible through the involvement of professionals from leading organizations, as well as companies, associations, and networks of businesses and entrepreneurs who bring insights, best practices, and concrete experience in the international development of their activities.
