Academic and Scientific Collaboration

  • SIMCRI, Italian Society of Regenerative Medicine and Multispeciality Surgery
  • SICFE, Italian Society of Functional and Aesthetic Carboxytherapy

Educational Partner

  • Longevia Medical Clinic, Rome

Purposes

  • To provide healthcare professionals with the best training in preventive medicine, epigenetics, longevity and regenerative dermatofunctional aesthetic therapies.
  • To provide all healthcare professionals, including doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, kinesiologists, osteopaths, psychologists, pharmacists, nutritionists, dietitians, biologists, dentists and sports science specialists, with the best protocols to contribute to their patients’ longevity and quality of life.
  • To provide all healthcare professionals in the aesthetics sector with the best programmes for facial and bodily longevity, through the informed application of various aesthetic and regenerative methodologies.
  • To provide all healthcare professionals with the opportunity to carry out and interpret longevity check-ups and genetic tests, in order to tailor the best treatment plan for each patient.
  • To provide all healthcare professionals with the aesthetic and beauty sectors the opportunity to understand and manage the mind-body-skin relationship for each patient or client.

Target Students

  • Admission to the Master is open to candidates who have attained a Bachelor's Degree as well as to candidates who hava attained a Master’s Degree (including those awarded under the old system) or an equivalent qualification.
  • In other words, this includes all doctors and healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists and rehabilitation professionals with a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent qualifications), healthcare professionals working in the sports and longevity sectors, nurses, psychologists, pharmacists, nutritionists, dietitians, biologists, dentists and specialists in sports science.

Educational Objectives

  • Scientific vision, educational innovation and interdisciplinarity are the key concepts behind the Master in sciences of longevity, aimed at healthcare professionals in all their multifaceted complexity, as they are responsible for various diagnostic and therapeutic processes, supplemented by non-invasive treatments and minimally invasive therapies focused on epigenetics and the prevention of early physiological and morpho-functional changes, as well as the correction and rehabilitation of those changes that have developed into chronic and degenerative conditions, such as aesthetic conditions associated with ageing.
  • The master will provide the healthcare professionals with the best courses in preventive medicine, epigenetics, longevity and regenerative dermatofunctional aesthetic therapies.
  • Changes in lifestyle have highlighted the need for better management of healthcare, which is achieved through synergistic collaboration between the patient, the GP, the specialist, the aesthetic practitioner and other healthcare professionals, including the physiotherapist, the nurse, the kinesiologist, the osteopath, the psychologist, the pharmacist, the dietitian and the sports science specialist.
  • The Master aims to provide students with comprehensive, cross-disciplinary theoretical and practical skills to address the normal ageing processes of the face and body using non-invasive and minimally invasive regenerative techniques, including as a complement to any surgical treatments, with a particular focus on providing specific expertise in diagnostic methods for longevity and biological age, risk factors, epigenetic theranostic (diagnostic and therapeutic) processes, non-invasive physiotherapeutic and dermatofunctional treatments, as well as clinical and aesthetic therapies for the main aesthetic conditions associated with ageing. Finally, the Master’s programme will focus on understanding the functional pathophysiology of the cell and the histangic microvascular-tissue unit in epigenetic prediction and the clinical prevention of pathophysiological alterations, in the treatment of morphofunctional alterations, and in the aesthetic and functional harmonisation of the vital complexity of the body/mind/skin triangle, postural rebalancing and biohacking for physical and mental recovery.
  • The learning pathway is designed to offer specialists the opportunity to update their knowledge of the main diagnostic practices used (metabolic panel with blood chemistry screening, cardiac function assessment and minicardio, adipometer, ultrasound, colour Doppler ultrasound, elastosonography, reflected light photoplethysmography, skin screening, postural assessment and rebalancing with an analysis of fascial functions, stress and sleep rebalancing) through meticulous theoretical, practical and methodological sessions on the main fillers and biostimulants, botulinum neurotoxin, mesotherapy and medical gases, shock waves and molecular quantum resonance, laser photostimulation and non-invasive anti-ageing treatment using compressive microvibration, including modules on personal professional development and healthcare marketing, a psycho-emotional approach, in-depth medical-legal analysis, practice organisation and artificial intelligence.
  • All designed to train practitioners dedicated to increasing the number of healthy years in their patients’ lives, and perhaps even extending the number of years of life lived.

Didactics

The Master, established pursuant to Ministerial Decree 270/2004, has a duration of 12 months, with a total commitment of 1,500 hours, divided as follows:

  • Synchronous lessons in virtual classrooms and in person: to interact directly with teachers according to a scheduled timetable.
  • Individual study and research activities: to independently explore and consolidate the content learned in the Master's programme.
  • Exercises and mid-term assessments: to evaluate learning levels and form part of the assessment process.
  • Project work: for active experimentation with the content learned during the educational programme.

Master Diploma

The final examination consists of the preparation and discussion of a project based on a practical case study, to be presented in person before a committee. Upon passing the examination, the Master will be awarded.
