Link Campus University partecipa al progetto europeo #LINKS - Strengthening links between technologies and society for European disaster resilience.
Obiettivo del progetto è studiare e valutare a livello europeo gli effetti dell'impiego dei social media e del crowdsourcing sulla resilienza ai disastri. Tale progetto svilupperà un framework che potrà essere usato per capire, misurare e dirigere il crowdsourcing in situazioni di disastro, prendendo in considerazione la diversità tra la percezione del rischio del disastro e la vulnerabilità (DRPV), i processi di gestione del disastro (DMP) e le tecnologie applicate alla comunità in situazioni di disastro (DCT).
Link Campus University, attraverso il centro di ricerca DASIC - Digital Administration and Social Innovation Center si occuperà delle attività di dissemination e comunicazione del progetto, provvedendo a definire gli strumenti più adatti per diffondere i risultati del progetto ai diversi target group identificati. Così facendo si contribuirà a creare una community di stakeholder su queste tematiche, che mette insieme first responder, autorità pubbliche, organizzazioni della società civile, imprese, cittadini e ricercatori.
Il 25 e il 26 giugno si è svolto il kickoff meeting di LINKS, il primo degli appuntamenti tra i 17 partner, provenienti da ogni parte di Europa, che costituiscono il consorzio del progetto stesso. Link Campus University, in particolare, ha presentato durante il kickoff meeting le prime attività svolte in merito alla definizione dell'identità visiva del progetto, alla strategia social che si intende implementare e alla mappatura dei principali stakeholder da coinvolgere.
THE EUROPEAN PROJECT LINKS STARTS. THE ONLINE KICKOFF MEETING.
Link Campus University takes part in the European project #LINKS - Strengthening links between technologies and society for European disaster resilience. The aim of the project is to study and evaluate at European level the effects of using social media and crowdsourcing on disaster resilience. This project will develop a framework that can be used to understand, measure and direct crowdsourcing in disaster situations, taking into consideration the diversity between the perception of disaster risk and vulnerability (DRPV), disaster management processes (DMP). and technologies applied to the community in disaster situations (DCT).
Link Campus University, through the DASIC - Digital Administration and Social Innovation Center, will carry out the dissemination and communication activities of the project, providing the most suitable tools to disseminate the project results to the various target groups identified. Doing so, we will help create a community of stakeholders on these issues, which brings together first responders, public authorities, civil society organizations, businesses, citizens and researchers.
The LINKS kickoff meeting took place on 25 and 26 June, the first of the appointments between the 17 partners, from all over Europe, who make up the consortium of the project itself. Link Campus University, in particular, during the kick off meeting presented the first carried out activities, regarding the definition of the visual identity of the project, the social strategy to be implemented and the mapping of the main stakeholders to be involved.
